不能让失败压倒自己

you can't let your failures define you

你必须从失败中吸取教训

you have to let your failures teach you

you have to let them show you what to do differently the next time

所以如果你陷入了麻烦

so if you get into trouble

这并不意味着你是个麻烦的制造者

that doesn't mean you're a trouble maker

这意味着你得更努力的去做好这件事

it means you need to try harder to act right

doesn't mean you're stupid

这只是意味着你需要花更多的时间去学习

it just means you need to spend more time study

没有人天生擅长所有事

no one's born being good at all things

你要通过努力去擅长某样东西

you become good at things

through hard work

当你第一次从事新的体育项目时

you're not a varsity athlete

你不可能就是主力队员

the first time you play a new sport

当你第一次唱某首歌时

you don't hit every note the first time

你不可能唱准每一个音节

you' sing a song

你必须要不断练习

you've got to practice
